Is Proplumbsvc a repair or plumbing service?
No. Proplumbsvc does not repair, dispatch, book, or send anyone to your home. It is an informational tool that helps you organize a clear project brief to bring to a licensed professional.
Will it tell me what's wrong or how much it costs?
No. It does not diagnose problems, give official quotes, exact prices, or guaranteed cost ranges. It only helps you capture neutral budget factors and scope questions to discuss with a pro.
Does it tell me how to fix something myself?
No. There are no repair instructions or step-by-step fixes anywhere on the site. We always direct work to a licensed professional.
What happens with emergencies, gas, sewage, or water heaters?
Those categories are redirected. The builder stops and points you to licensed professionals or local emergency services instead of producing a brief.
Is the printable brief a quote or contract?
No. The brief is your own organized notes. It is labeled informational only and is not a quote, inspection, diagnosis, warranty, or code guidance.
What does the subscription pay for?
The optional subscription unlocks more saved briefs, PDF export layouts, comparisons, and history. It is a digital organizer subscription, not payment for any plumbing work.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period. New subscribers can request a refund within 14 days of the first charge. See the Refund & Cancellation page for full terms.
Who can use Proplumbsvc?
Users under 13 are not permitted. Users 13–17 need verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. The service is intended for homeowners and residents preparing to speak with professionals.
