Refund & Cancellation

This policy covers paid subscriptions to the Proplumbsvc informational organizer, billed in USD. A subscription pays for access to a digital tool — not for any plumbing work, quote, or service.

1. Free plan

The Free plan has no charge and can be used without payment. No refund is needed because nothing is billed.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@proplumbsvc.shop. When you cancel, your plan will not renew, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds for time already elapsed, except as described below or as required by law.

3. 14-day refund for new subscribers

If you are a first-time paid subscriber, you may request a full refund of your most recent charge within 14 days of that charge. Email support@proplumbsvc.shop with the email address on the account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date. We aim to send a reminder before annual renewals where required.

5. Exceptions

• Charges older than the refund window above are non-refundable.
• Repeated refund requests or suspected abuse may be declined.
• Where local consumer law grants stronger rights, those rights apply.

6. Billing issues

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate promptly.
